Equipment composition

The structural composition of a lead smelting furnace is divided into three parts: furnace hearth, furnace body, and furnace top. The furnace body is divided into a melt pool area and a reburning area, with melt pool vents (lower vents) and reburning vents (upper vents) installed on both sides. One end is the feeding chamber, and the other end is the slag siphon well and siphon lead discharge port. The slag discharge port is higher than the lower air outlet to form a molten pool, and the depth of the molten pool can be adjusted by the height of the slag port.

Working principle

Lead concentrate, flux, return dust, and coal are fed into the side blowing furnace through the main feeding port via the feeding belt, and quickly rolled into the slag for melting. They enter the tuyere belt of the melting chamber and then enter the upper part of the tuyere, where corresponding oxidation and reduction reactions occur simultaneously in the bubbling layer formed by the blowing air.
